Why is it that they don't tell you when you are 32 weeks pregnant and you sneeze you will most likely pee yourself? Aren't these things that every woman should know?

I guess you should also know that after you have this baby and maybe several more, you will pee your pants even when you are not pregnant!! That's why they invented panty liners! I wish I had invented them. Glad to see you are blogging, I have been wondering what you are up too.
If one of us moms forgot to tell you, we know eventually you figure these things out for yourself. Oh and here's something. When you get older you get to experience your bladder dropping!!!
Just so you know, this doesn't stop after the baby is born. It takes a few months to get that area "strong" again.
Case & point: Mollie was a few weeks old, I got cleared to play softball. I caught a pop up fly for the third out, consequently winning the game...I was cheering and jumping up and down and peeing all over myself.
It happens.
You clean up and go on. Kegal excersises will help after the baby comes.
